  • Can A Sexless Relationship Work?

What do you guys think about asexual relationships? Do you think that you be with someone who's not interested in having sex with you?

  • #2
If I truly love the person and feel that I'm not fond of having sex already, then I would do my best to make it work

But do you think that you would reach that point in your life?

  • #3
The only time that would work for me is when I get tired of having sex

RustyJay That would be impossible, I love sex as much as I love myself.

I can handle without having sex as long as I am the only girlfriend in his life.

I would be surprised if they guy has the guts to cheat considering that he is asexual

If the guy would be worth it, I'm willing to give it a try

And what do you think he has to do in order for you to consider him to be worth it?

  • #6
If the couple is both asexuals then it might work but if it's one-sided, it might be impossible.

But sex is also important in a relationship, right?

miracleshappen Not really, what is important is that you love each other.

Maybe in the near future I'm willing to be in one

TaintGotYou do you think that you would reach a point in your life where sex is not important anymore?

Yes, it is possible if the two parties agree with that. But I don't think I like to have a relationship without sex.

I bet that you love sex so much that you can't afford to have a sexless relationship.

Never imagine no sex in a relationship. I think the asexual relationship will never last.

If both persons are asexual, compliment each other and enjoy the same things. There is a chance that it would work

So you think that's the only time an asexual relationship would work?

    • #13
I would say that it might last for a year at most sine I've been in that kind of relationship before. And it is not because we're both asexual, he was just raised in a conservative household that he believes that sex should only be done by married couples
